3. Currently enrolled and will enroll in a university or college for the school year 2026-2027

4. Incoming second-year college students for the school year 2027-2028.

5. Enrolled in a Science or Engineering course, with a preference for courses with a wet lab and field work.

6. Maintain a general weighted average of at least 1.45 on a 1.0-5.0 scale or 3.70 on a 0-4.0 scale

7. Actively involved in outreach projects benefiting the poor and less privileged

8. Without any disciplinary or administrative cases

1. Who can apply for the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program?

Students who meet the academic and character requirements of the program may apply. Applicants must submit the required documents and complete the application process.

2. How do I apply for the program?

Applicants must complete the application form and submit all required documents before the deadline.

3. How long does the fellowship last?

The fellowship is usually granted for one year and may be renewed if the Fellow continues to meet the requirements.

4. How can a Fellow renew the fellowship?

Fellows must submit renewal requirements. Renewal is subject to evaluation and approval.

5. Until when can I apply for the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program?

The application period for the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program for the school year 2026 to 2027 will run from April 1 to August 31. Applications submitted after this period will no longer be accepted. Results will be sent to the email address provided in the online application on October 6, 2027.

6. If I am awarded the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program grant, will I need to renew the fellowship every term?

No, the fellowship is renewed every year. Recipients must meet the retention policies of the grant to continue receiving the award. At the start of each year, the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program Secretariat releases an announcement with procedures and deadlines for renewal.

7. What happens if a Fellow fails to meet the requirements?

Failure to meet the requirements may result in disqualification from the fellowship.

8. How are funds released?

The award is released in two parts. The first 20% is released in person at the General Assembly, while the remaining 80% is released after the completion of program requirements. Fellows who are renewed for the next academic year will also receive the additional 20% in advance if approved.

10. What if a Fellow changes schools or courses?

The Fellow must inform the Program Administrator. Continued award will depend on approval.

11. How are applicants selected?

Applicants are evaluated based on academics, character, and their commitment to the program’s requirements.

12. Is acceptance guaranteed if I apply?

No. Acceptance depends on evaluation and available resources.

The Gabay Agham Fellowship Program does not charge any application or processing fees. All applications are free of charge.
