Gabay Agham Fellowship Program is a leadership award for male Catholic undergraduate students in Science and Engineering who demonstrate academic excellence, along with concern for the less privileged and a commitment to personal and cultural development, guided by the values of being maka-Diyos, maka-tao, and makabayan.

Currently enrolled and will enroll in a university or college for the school year 2026-2027
Incoming second-year college students for the school year 2027-2028.
Enrolled in a Science or Engineering course, with a preference for courses with a wet lab and field work.
Maintain a general weighted average of at least 1.45 on a 1.0-5.0 scale or 3.70 on a 0-4.0 scale
Actively involved in outreach projects benefiting the poor and less privileged
Without any disciplinary or administrative cases

Who can apply for the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program?

Until when can I apply for the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program?
The application period for the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program for the school year 2026 to 2027 will run from April 1 to August 31. Applications submitted after this period will no longer be accepted. Results will be sent to the email address provided in the online application on October 6, 2027.
If I am awarded the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program grant, will I need to renew the fellowship every term?
No, the fellowship is renewed every year. Recipients must meet the retention policies of the grant to continue receiving the award. At the start of each year, the Gabay Agham Fellowship Program Secretariat releases an announcement with procedures and deadlines for renewal.
What happens if a Fellow fails to meet the requirements?
Failure to meet the requirements may result in disqualification from the fellowship.
How are funds released?
The award is released in two parts. The first 20% is released in person at the General Assembly, while the remaining 80% is released after the completion of program requirements. Fellows who are renewed for the next academic year will also receive the additional 20% in advance if approved.

No. Acceptance depends on evaluation and available resources.
The Gabay Agham Fellowship Program does not charge any application or processing fees. All applications are free of charge.
