The Gabay Agham is a project of the University Center Foundation, Inc.
The University Center Foundation, Inc is a non-stock, non-profit corporation, officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. It was founded by a group of Philippine residents from diverse careers and backgrounds. Its primary aim is to establish a foundation that sponsors and promotes educational projects designed to meet the needs of Philippine society.
